Round 2.4: A vote of confidence for Mexico

77% of the capacity is equivalent to 210,310 barrels at the terminals in Nuevo Laredo, Sabinas, and Monclova, meaning only 61,000 barrels will be available to private companies wishing to participate in the open season bidding process organized by the Energy Regulatory Commission.

However, Pemex Logística was not as generous in other areas. For example, in the Topolobampo zone, it will retain 96% of the storage capacity, offering only 46,796 barrels to private companies.
